As the December 9th, 2008 edition of TV Crimes returns from commercial, cameras are in the office of Pro Wrestling Evolved Commissioner, in front of his desk, as Mark stares ahead into the camera, a few sheets of paper before him, which he occasionally glances at. He clears his throat, and speaks.
Robinson: As many of you probably already know, last week I announced the plans for Pro Wrestling Evolved's first pay-per-view, No Rest for the Wicked. I have scheduled this airtime tonight to elaborate on those plans.
Mark looks down, pushing a few sheets aside, then looking back up, having found the one he wanted.
Robinson: First off, last week I mentioned that the four men eliminated in the first round of the tournament to crown the first PWE World Heavyweight and World Television Champions would participate in PWE's specialty match, the Evolution Match. Now, I will go into further detail....
Robinson briefly glances down, then continues.
Robinson: The Evolution Match is a type of tag team match, and represents how this promotion is truly evolving the sport. In an Evolution Match, in addition to tags being made physically, a competitor can also enter the match if their partner exits the ring and touches the floor. Once they enter, the tag is made. This match will debut at No Rest for the Wicked, between the four men eliminated in the first round! Now....the next order of business is to announce the brackets for the tournament, and believe me folks, you are going to like this!
In the background, the crowd can be heard cheering, as Robinson continues his speech.
Robinson: The first round matches are as follows...Kevin Jones vs. Redemption, Charles Forde vs. "Northstar" Josh Mackenzie, Lil Whitey vs. Lance Castor, and Booker Washington vs. Christopher Powell! The winners of Jones vs. Redemption and Forde vs. Northstar will face off in the second round, as will the winners of Whitey vs. Castor and Washington vs. Powell! The winners of those two matches will then advance to the finals, which will be the main event of No Rest for the Wicked. Good luck guys!
Mark grins, as the cameras cut away to another segment.
